What is the standard shipping time for orders?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do Chocolate decks come with griptape?
Standard decks do not include griptape unless specified. However, you can add a sheet of premium griptape to your order from our accessories section.
What is your return policy for skate hardware?
We accept returns on unused and unmounted items within 30 days of purchase. Decks that have been gripped or assembled cannot be returned.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
How do I know which deck size is right for me?
Deck size is largely preference, but generally, 8.0" to 8.25" is standard for street skating, while 8.5" and up is preferred for transition and pools.
Are Chocolate Skateboards professional grade?
Absolutely. All our decks are manufactured using high-quality 7-ply North American Maple, the same wood used by our pro team riders.
