At Chocolate Skateboards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your deck, apparel, or hardware isn't exactly what you expected, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, with shrink wrap intact on decks and tags attached to apparel.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
